Welcome everyone to the Kent Coin Club web site. For those who missed the annual picnic on Aug 10th we had a great time. Our next meeting will be Aug 14th 7:30 P.M. at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Delaware everyone is invited to attend. Some of our upcoming events in October we have an auction of various coins with a 10% buyers premimium going to the club the will be the second Thursday in October bring your want lists and lots of cash. Our December meeting we will be having our annual Xmas dinner and officers voted on. Please try and attend at least one meeting in the following year as we are looking for ideas for our 40th anniversary of the Coin Club. We will be having our distinguished member Tom Mercer giving a presentation on tokens and medals. Everyone is invited to bring token and medals as our show and tell. Welcome everyone to the new Web site. At our last meeting we were given a presentation on the wheat cent, and everyone was impressed. Our next meeting will be April 10th, 2008 at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Del at 7:30 P.M.  A presentation on the Indian head cent with the flying eagle cent of 1856/57/58 also in the presentation. Please bring show and tell of the same denomination if possible. If you have any questions please E-mail me at Coinmann@aol.com your president Barry Brey.

Welcome everyone to the Kent coin club web site. We had a great Jan meeting with grading mercury dimes everyone was interested on how to grade this coin. Our February meeting will be on the 14th at 7:30 P.M. at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover. Gene Wright will be presenting a lecture on how to grade the wheat cent from 1909 to 1958. It will also be the coin to bring for show and tell. Hope to see you there if you have any questions please email me.

Our next coin club meeting will be December 13th, 2007 at 7:00 PM. Please notice the time change. We will be having our annual Xmas party, so everyone is welcomed. Please bring a covered dish if possible while a prize will be auctioned off after dinner. We will be bidding on prizes with the wooden nickels that you have accumalated over the year, so don’t forget to bring them to the meeting with you. Also, I personally want to thank everyone for an excellent year for the coin club.  We had many topics and speakers which were very informative and interesting. Thank you from your president, Barry Brey.
