Our next meeting will be June 11th at 7:30 P.M. at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Del Everyone is invited and we always welcome guests. We will be talking about dimes from bust to Roosevelt. Welcome everyone to the Kent Coin Club Web site. Our next meeting will be on April 9th at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover Del. Hope everyone can make the meeting. Tom will be doing an indepth study on tokens and medals and that is what our nightly program will be on for the month of April. If you do not have any tokens or medals any foreign coins will do. Also keep an eye our for stolen coins. Mr Marks who has been at our last two meetings selling coins have alot of coins stolen at Spences Bazar. He wasn’t sure which ones were stolen so it may be hard to figure out if someone is selling stolen coins. Usually if the price is real cheap is a good sign. Keep in mind we are selling 50/50 tickets to make money for our show in Oct 2011 never to early for that. I want thank everyone for all the support the club has been getting. Hell-o everyone just back from Florida had a great time. Hope to see everyone at our next meeting March 12th 7:30 at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Del. Welcome everyone to global warming. Our next meeting on Feb 12th at 7:30 at the Modern Maturity center in Dover will feature the 1/2 cent, large cent and Indian head cent. Hope everyone had a great new year. This months meeting January 8th at 7:30 in the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Del will be about anything you want to talk about. Of course it must relate to coins, tokens and paper money. At our Xmas party everyone had a great time but we never made a topic for this month so anything goes. A presentation will be given on how to keep track of your coins and keep an inventory of them. Also the coin of the month for show and tell will be the walking half and the Ben Franklin Half.
